Experience history, culture and nature - all this is possible at the Upper Palatinate Open-Air Museum in Neusath-Perschen near Nabburg.
50 historische Gebäude sind auf einer Gesamtfläche von 33 Hektar erbaut worden.
50 historic buildings have been built on a total area of 33 hectares.
Auch im Inneren gibt es einiges zu entdecken: Zurzeit - aktuell und bis 19. Mai geöffnet - die Sonder- und Wanderausstellung zum Thema Naturpark in Bayern.
There is also a lot to discover inside: currently - and open until May 19th - the special and traveling exhibition on the subject of nature parks in Bavaria.
Besucher erfahren vor Ort beispielsweise alles rund um Moore, Wälder, Pflanzen und Tiere.
Visitors can learn everything about moors, forests, plants and animals.
Wir haben nicht bloß hier im Sonderausstellungsbereich eine Ausstellung, sondern wir haben noch Ausstellungen zum Thema Textiles. Also, wie werden Stoffe hergestellt.
We don't just have an exhibition here in the special exhibition area, but we also have exhibitions on the topic of textiles. In other words, how fabrics are produced.
Wir haben eine Ausstellung zu der oberpfälzer Teichwirtschaft: Wo kommt der Karpfen her?
We have an exhibition on pond farming in Upper Palatinate: Where does the carp come from?

Also, es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Ausstellungen, die wir hier im Freilandmuseum permanent zeigen.

Aber nicht nur das - auch für die Osterzeit ist bereits einiges geplant, und zwar im Denkenbauernhof.
But that's not all - there are already a lot of things planned for Easter time at the Denkenbauernhof.
Am Sonntag, den 10. April - Palmsonntag - haben wir unser großes Ostereier-Färben von 13 bis 17 Uhr. Da wird mit Naturfarben gefärbt.
On Sunday, April 10th – Palm Sunday – we'll be having our big Easter egg dyeing event from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. We'll be dyeing with natural dyes.
Besonders freuen wir uns, dass die Damen und Herren aus Tschechien jetzt nach zwei Jahren Pause wieder bei uns zu Gast sind und die sogenannten Kraslice - das sind also besonders gefärbte Eier und besonders verzierte Eier - bei uns auch vorstellen.
We are particularly pleased that the ladies and gentlemen from the Czech Republic are visiting us again after a two-year break and will be presenting the so-called Kraslice - these are specially coloured and specially decorated eggs.
Wir haben ja auch eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit Tschechien und freuen uns, dass dies jetzt auch wieder möglich ist.

Am Ostermontag, den 18. April, geht es dann sportlich zu, und das ab 13 Uhr.

Für alle, die nach einem reichhaltigen Osterfrühstück am Ostersonntag und einem großen Schokohasen vielleicht ein bisschen sich sportlich betätigen wollen, haben wir am Ostermontag ein ganz neues Angebot, nämlich einen so genannten Orientierungslauf.
For all those who want to do a bit of sport after a hearty Easter breakfast on Easter Sunday and a big chocolate bunny, we have a brand new offer on Easter Monday: a so-called orienteering race.
Wir haben hier einen Parcours im Museum abgesteckt, zusammen mit einem speziellen Orientierungslauf-Verband, wo man also mit einer kleinen Karte bestimmte Punkte auf Zeit ablaufen muss.
We have marked out a course here in the museum, together with a special orienteering association, where you have to run to certain points with a small map against the clock.
Ich glaube, das ist ein ganz ein großer Spaß für Jung und Alt.
I think this is great fun for young and old alike.
Am selben Tag gibt es auch kostenlose Führungen für Gäste auf dem Gelände.
